Tuesday's efforts

Tuesday is one of my favorite workout days. I do a 20 minute easy aerobic run to just keep the daily frequency up. My legs are really starting to adjust to being runners and not just holding me vertical. That's a nice departure. In the evening I rode the rollers while watching a DVD. 90 minutes of easy effort concentrating on making pretty little circles with my feet and keeping a constant pressure on the pedals. These rides are great for teaching me not to freewheel and burn speed and effort when out on the road. Another good day in the books.
